North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is conveniently located within minutes of Fultondale, Gardendale and Tarrent AL. We take pride in serving those in our community that have a need for Short Term Rehabilitation services or Long Term Skilled Nursing services. We have a secured all female Memories Unit as well. We have onsite Respiratory Services 7 days per week! We are a CMS 5 Star rated facility and a recipient of the American Health Care Association Bronze Award. At North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, you will find that our staff strives daily to meet the needs of your loved one in a compassionate and caring environment. Respiratory Services
Full Time Respiratory Therapist on Staff. Treatment of: tracheostomy management and weaning, Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Pneumonia, Pulmonary Hypertension, Emphysema, CPAP/BiPAP therapy for sleep breathing disorders, and Airway management.
Therapy Services
Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer outpatient Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for transitional, outpatient, and long term care patients.
Specialty Programs
We have several Specialty Programs for all ranges of needs from Alzheimer’s to Short and Long-Term Rehab Care.

Memory Care Neighborhood
Home-Like, Secure, Intimate
We know that choosing the right care for loved ones diagnosed with memory disorders can be difficult. There will come a time when a person with a memory disorder will need more care than can be provided at home.
We're here to help:
- Intimate and secure 31 bed, all female Alzheimer’s / Dementia unit.
- Cognitively stimulating activities individualized to the person’s functioning level.
- Enclosed Courtyard to enjoy the outdoors.
- Atmosphere created to help keep residents calm by providing visually stimulating wall murals promoting memory recall and reminiscing.
Rehabilitation Services
in our Short Term Rehabilitation Center
Enjoy our separate private rehabilitation suites when you stay at North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our rehabilitation Center offers our short term residents all the amenities they are used to at home.
